My comfort food go-to, Toojay’s Deli, with locations throughout the sunshine state, never disappoints. I typically go traditional pastrami or the Rachel, but today I tried to convince myself that their famous T.J’s. Trio was better for me. With several salad options – egg salad, tuna, shrimp, and whitefish salad (nationwide shortage – can’t make that up), you can create a number of yummy combinations. I went for the traditional chicken salad, the mandatory egg salad, and TJ’s perfectly-blended shrimp salad. I went alone so I could make a mess without a care and dug in – fantastic!!
