I can tell you that the farm-to-table menu created by Blackbelly chef/owner and Top Chef Season 5 winner, Hosea Rosenberg is absolutely wonderful, but for now, I'm here to talk about the equally amazing cocktail program including one of my current favs, the surprisingly delightful Girl Gone Bad which combines unique ingredients like gin, pistachio, cardamom, mint, lime & fizz.

One note though, by the time you read this, the Girl Gone Bad will indeed be “gone” along with the rest of the Summer 2016 cocktails. Every 3 months or so, bar manager, Ben Foote and his team of mixologists create a whole new cocktail menu inspired by classic rock ’n roll albums. Currently Van Halen’s monumental album, 1984, is the bartending crew’s muse which has spawned creations like the heavenly smooth Panama which combines rum, clarified banana, amontillado, banal, mole & angostura and the cheeky Hot for Teacher combing whiskey, aperol, mango & lime. I can't wait to get "Back in Black—belly" and see what rock album inspires their next exciting cocktail menu.
